Crisis-Ready Interventionist Training

Build practical skills to recognize early signs of workplace distress, respond to high-stress situations and help connect colleagues with appropriate support.

This intensive, two-day course combines structured instruction, facilitated discussion and scenario-based practice. You will explore early intervention, psychological safety, trauma-informed response, Duty to Inquire, verbal de-escalation and approaches to preventing difficult workplace situations from escalating.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a letter of completion from UNB Centre for Learning Futures. Crisis-Ready Workplace will issue the Crisis-Ready Interventionist certification and professional credential.
