This seminar is also offered as part of the Human Resources Management Program.

Performance Management is critical to meeting your organization's business goals. In this seminar, you will learn about the importance of employee appraisal, issues that influence selection of a performance appraisal system and commonly used appraisal methods.

You will also become familiar with methods for avoiding rater bias and discuss the role of the Human Resources (HR) professional in appraisal systems, including the challenges involved in coaching and supporting management and employees.
