Master your conflict resolution skills

This one-day seminar, which is designed for human resource professionals, addresses the competencies required to facilitate the resolution of conflict in the workplace. Through lectures, discussions and exercises you will consider best practices and proven strategies for identifying the root causes of conflict and facilitating conversations to discuss and resolve issues.

By the end of this seminar, you will be able to:
