Take your career to the next level
The Management Development Program (MDP) is an online eight-month program made up of 16 mandatory courses delivered over 17.5 weekdays. When you register for MDP, you register for the complete program. At the end of the program, your Certificate of Proficiency will show your employer that you have mastered the skills of effective management.
Before you register
Each MDP course takes place on a specific scheduled date. Please review the full program schedule before registering to make sure you can attend the required sessions. The program dates for the upcoming year are from Oct. 21, 2026 to May 28, 2027.
