Course Description

This seminar is also offered as part of the Human Resources Management Program.

This seminar will identify the strategic role of Human Resources (HR) Management in your organization and allow you to develop HR plans based on your organization's business objectives.

You will also be introduced to the HR Professionals Capabilities Profile and will discuss current trends in the HR field, including the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification process.
