The holiday season is upon us. With that in mind, please note our office will be closing December 20th, 2024, at 4:30 pm AST and reopening January 2nd, 2025, 8:15 am AST.

During this time, you will still be able to register for courses.  Once your registration is complete, you will have access to your course in your student portal within 30–45 minutes by clicking “Access My Courses”.

If you have any inquiries or have prepaid for a course you want to start before our office reopens after the new year, please contact us by December 18, 2024, to ensure we are able to process your request prior to the holiday closure.

Our holiday closure also includes the College of Extended Learning IT team. If you need technical assistance, please send an email to our customerservice@unb.ca email outlining the issue and we will provide assistance upon our return. If your issue is urgent, our IT Service Desk may be able to provide limited support. They will be available during the following times and will reopen for regular hours on January 2nd, 2025.
