UNB Tax Receipts Available by February 28, 2026

For those who are eligible, UNB Tax Receipts will be posted to your student portal by February 28, 2026.

Important Note

All post-secondary institutions are required to provide the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) with Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) for Form T2202 – Education and Textbook Amounts Certificate.

If you have not updated your Social Insurance Number, please:

  1. Log in to your student portal.
  2. Select “My Profile” from the left-hand menu.
  3. Scroll to the Social Insurance Number section.
  4. If you previously declined to provide your SIN, first uncheck the box that states “Student declines to provide Social Security Number” before entering it.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save”.

Instructions

  1. Log in to your student portal using your username and password.
  2. Once logged in, select “Tax Receipt” on the left-hand side of the screen.
  3. Choose the applicable tax year and print your tax receipt.
