We are pleased to share that certificate issuance will resume over the coming weeks.

Students who were affected by the certificate issuance pause should have received an email with details on how to access their digital certificates or diplomas in the student portal.

If you completed one of the following programs during the issuance pause, you can now access your certificate or diploma directly in the portal:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Certificate of Completion in Psychologically Safe Leadership
• Certificate of Completion in Applying Administrative Data to Research and Policy
• Certificate of Participation in Foundations of University Teaching

How to View or Print Your Certificate

To access your certificate or diploma:

1. Log in to the Student Portal
2. Select "My Certificates" from the left-hand menu
3. Click the "Print" button beside the program name

Reissued Certificates

Students who requested a reissue of a previously issued certificate during the pause will be contacted with instructions once their document becomes available.
