This module focuses on team processes within organizations. It covers employee involvement strategies, decision-making, leadership styles, and current team facilitation methods.

  • Recognize the importance of strong leader facilitation skills.
  • Understand team development stages.
  • Address the five dysfunctions of a team.
  • Implement debriefing and processing skills.
