Course Description

This module helps participants understand financial concepts and anticipate the financial consequences of their actions. It includes exercises and a case study to illustrate these concepts.

Learner Outcomes

  • Interpret the four financial statements and their interrelationships.
  • Calculate external financing requirements.
  • Understand sustainable growth.
  • Integrate planning and budgeting into overall strategy.
  • Construct and analyze simple budgets using best practices.
