This module addresses the importance of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, how to work in diverse environments, and how to develop strengths through diversity and inclusion.

Learner Outcomes

  • Understand workplace diversity fundamentals.
  • Recognize the effects of diversity.
  • Identify generational needs and expectations.
  • Improve cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Learn from diverse perspectives.
