Course Description
This course explores the evolving field of performance management, highlighting its shift from an annual event to a continuous, strategic process crucial for aligning employee performance with business goals. It focuses on developing core competencies within the workforce, vital for an organization's growth and sustainability.
You will learn about the full employee lifecycle, including effective strategies for onboarding, training, career development, and conducting performance appraisals. The course also covers best practices for exit interviews, providing leaders with the tools to enhance retention, facilitate knowledge transfer, and prepare for succession planning.
This course can be taken on its own or as an elective in the Certificate in Management Essentials program.
