Course Description

This course will help you identify and understand the elements of a psychologically safe workplace and its link to overall performance for your organization. You will review mental harms and risks, and how your leadership can positively or negatively impact employee experience.

Course Outline

This course includes 4 modules and requires approximately 5.5 hours of student engagement.

At the end of this course, there is a comprehensive quiz that requires a grade of 70% to pass. You get two attempts to pass the quiz.

Learner Outcomes

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Recognize characteristics of a psychologically safe workplace.
  • Understand the link between psychosocial factors and psychosocial hazards.
  • Identify the roles of workplace culture and leaders in facilitating a psychologically safe workplace.
