IWH 1004 - Cannabis: An Employee's Perspective
Course Description
This course is entirely online and covers the basics employees need to know regarding cannabis and the workplace. Employers can use this course as an Occupational Health and Safety compliance step. This program is:
- Competency-based with interactive activities to enhance learning
- Designed for all existing employees and new hires
- Approximately 2 hours in length

What every employee must know with respect to impairment risk for both smoking and digesting cannabis, when it is safe to drive, when it is not and how to ensure employees stay in compliance with their organization’s policies. - Module 5 - Linking Stress, Mental Health and Cannabis
Employees will benefit from knowing, the link between stress and mental health.
