Course Description

In this module, participants will use the Insights™ Personality Profile, a tool designed to enhance self-awareness by identifying personal strengths and weaknesses and understanding how one is perceived by others. This knowledge can help improve relationships and personal development, offering lasting guidance beyond the training session.

Learner Outcomes

  •     Provide an overview of the Insights System foundation.
  •     Enhance self-understanding.
  •     Improve interpersonal interactions.
  •     Commit to behavior modifications for increased effectiveness.
