Organizational Behaviour examines the interaction between people and organizations. This workshop highlights infrastructure, organizational culture, group dynamics, and performance.

Learner Outcomes

  • Discuss the impact of organizational structure on individuals and the organization.
  • Describe the strategic planning process.
  • Assess the influence of organizational culture on employees and the organization.
  • Evaluate organizational processes to identify strengths and challenges.
  • Describe a motivational environment and its contributing factors
