Course Description

This module provides an understanding of the role and importance of strategic planning in various organizations. Participants will learn to develop a strategic plan using a model and involve key staff in the process.

Learner Outcomes

  • Understand the role, importance, and purpose of strategic planning.
  • Identify major components of a strategic plan.
  • Understand the strategic planning process.
  • Develop and present a realistic strategic plan.
