We offer one of New Brunswick's premier programs that prepare professionals like you for success in the growing field of Human Resources (HR).
The Human Resources Management (HRM) program enhances your professional skills and knowledge to help you meet the demands of your career. It encompasses the theoretical fundamentals and the operational aspects of human resources management.
As a program participant, you will be required to complete 19 days of online instruction over eight months. In addition to these sessions, you will need to complete pre-readings, pre-quizzes and keep a reflective journal. You may also be eligible for up to six university credit hours upon successful completion of the program.

Participants are required to purchase either the 12th or 13th edition of Canadian Human Resources Management: A Strategic Approach, by Schwind, Das, Wager. Fassina and Bulmash, Publisher - McGraw-Hill Ryerson.
