Course Description

This seminar is also offered as part of the Human Resources Management Program.

This seminar will identify the strategic role of Human Resources (HR) Management in your organization and allow you to develop HR plans based on your organization's business objectives.

You will also be introduced to the HR Professionals Capabilities Profile and will discuss current trends in the HR field, including the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) certification process.

Upon successful completion of this seminar, you will be able to:
    •    Understand the role and impact of HR Management
    •    Align HR with your business strategy
    •    Define and develop an HR strategic plan
    •    Define and apply various talent management tools
    •    Define organizational structures and its purposes
    •    Evaluate the effectiveness of various organizational designs
