AAC 5002 - Relationship and Revenue Management
Course Description
You have heard it said, ‘it is all about relationships’ whether with an audience member, donor, sponsor, or funder. You will learn an approach to build effective results with your stakeholders and generate the revenues that you need to succeed.
Schedule of bi-weekly Friday live Discussion Sessions from 10-12 noon AT is as follows. Work is to be completed on each module’s content in advance to enable productive group work.
Mar. 20: Module #1 – A Relationship and Revenue Management Framework
Apr. 2*: Module #2 – Mapping Stakeholders and their Value Propositions *This will take place on Thursday instead of the holiday Friday
May 3: Module #3 - Identification and research
May 17: Module #4 – Cultivation - Telling your story to make the Case
May 31: Module #5 – Solicitation – making the asks
Jun. 14: Module #6 – Stewarding relationships

Applies Towards the Following Certificates
Application
Applicants should apply early as enrolment is limited. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and successful applicants will be notified within 4-7 business days of the application deadline (July 21).
Ideally applicants have some post-secondary training and experience in the field of arts and culture, at an organizational level. This certificate is open to all Canadian applicants.
Application deadline: July 21, 2025 (Apply early; limited enrolment).
Eligibility: Open to Canadian citizens and permanent residents with some post-secondary training and work experience in arts and culture.
Tuition: $2,600 total.
Bursary: $1,000 available for eligible New Brunswick participants.
