AAC 5003 - Capstone Project
Course Description
Understanding how to analyze and present a viable business in today’s environment is key for you and your organizations to reach your goals. To pull together lessons learned from the full program, participants shall work in pairs to design and present a short Business Plan proposal for a hypothetical arts and culture organization located in a community that you know well enough to evaluate the marketplace. The intended audience for your Plan is potential supporters of your company and you need to clearly demonstrate the unique role that the organization plays with a strong business case. You are to employ the Business Model Canvas tool to support your work.
Your work will draw upon the CMAC content, provided lectures, 2-hour group discussion, and 1 hour mentorship.
Deliverable at end of the Program in June: 10- to 15-minute Pitch Presentation Proposal with PowerPoint. Participants shall be invited to give feedback and ask questions.
