Course Description
One of the most important challenges in our jobs today is the management of various projects. Some of these challenges include managing internal and external clients, research projects, marketing campaigns, and a new product launch (to name a few).
Project Management Essentials provides you with an introduction to the key elements that leaders or team members working on projects need to know in order to be successful. This program is offered completely online and provides a total of 21 PMI PDUs.
