OHS 5066 - Disability Management (Formerly COHS 4221)
Course Description
This course lays out the best practices in the field of disability management (DM), and their application to the case and claim management process. The course also outlines the role of Occupational Health and Safety professionals and affiliated stakeholders responsible for disability management and presents appropriate engagement and communication strategies, as well as legislation about disability management.

Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Recognize the impact of disability in the workplace and understand related laws and disability management strategies.
- Create and implement effective rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
- Explore assessment and rehabilitation options.
- Understand strategies for assessing mental health.
- Address addiction in the workplace.
