OHS 5068 - Working At Elevation (Formerly COHS 4241)
Course Description
This course is intended for Occupational Health and Safety professionals needing to develop, implement and manage a fall protection program, and effectively communicate appropriate controls that reduce the risk of working from elevations. This requires an in-depth understanding of the hazards associated with various occupations where the risk of falling is an issue, and of the standards established to ensure proper protection.

Learner Outcomes
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the risks, evolution, and legislation of falls in Canada.
- Develop, administer, and monitor a comprehensive fall protection program, including the selection, use, care, maintenance, and limitations of equipment.
- Create strategies for effectively communicating the requirements of working at elevations and hazard control programs.
