Course Description

Every manager who is responsible for a product or service must achieve a defined result. These days, the workplace must be nimble, agile, and able to respond to both current and new demands. A manager must be ready to act at a moment’s notice to a change in demand or requirements. A core pillar for supporting a leader’s ability to lead in both stable and turbulent times is a well-defined operations plan.

This course will introduce some of the core concepts that support the development of an operations plan as well as key considerations for managing the day-to-day operations.
