Course Description

This module covers an overview of strategic human resources management, including planning, recruitment, selection, orientation, and retention. Participants will learn theories, tools, and techniques to hire the right person, manage employee relationships, and improve retention.

Learner Outcomes

  • Understand the importance of strategic HR management.
  • Identify current HR planning and job analysis issues.
  • Recognize the strategic significance of recruitment.
  • Conduct bias-free interviews.
  • Develop an objective selection process.
  • Use structured and unstructured interview techniques.
  • Develop job-related assessment tools.
  • Create an orientation program.
  • Implement retention strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather valuable information.
