Course Description

This module provides an understanding of the role and importance of strategic planning in various organizations. Participants will learn to develop a strategic plan using a model and involve key staff in the process.

Identify major components of a strategic plan.
Understand the strategic planning process.
Develop and present a realistic strategic plan.
