This module covers strategies to manage thoughts and emotions during conflict, helping participants handle logical and emotional aspects effectively.

Learner Outcomes

  • Identify common causes of workplace conflict
  • Manage the emotional environment during a discussion and address inappropriate behaviors
  • Use a coaching model to promote self-awareness regarding conflict resolution strategies
